G3BP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G3BP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G3BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, MEK1, and MSH2. Each is linked with G3BP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G3BP1-to-partner and partner-to-G3BP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by G3BP1-low versus G3BP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G3BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→G3BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
