Across TCGA cell cohorts, G3BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,565 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible G3BP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Regulation of sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with G3BP1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G3BP1-to-partner and partner-to-G3BP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Spindle elongation grouped by G3BP1-low versus G3BP1-high in BONE.
