G2E3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G2E3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,673 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G2E3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, MTA1, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with G2E3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G2E3-to-partner and partner-to-G2E3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, G2E3 versus SSRP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G2E3→partner) and Y-score (partner→G2E3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
