Across TCGA patient cohorts, G2E3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,829 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G2E3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BVES, CCNB1IP1, and MAN2B1. Each is linked with G2E3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G2E3-to-partner and partner-to-G2E3 results are reported.
