G0S2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G0S2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,862 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G0S2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAM, MNDA, and PADI4. Each is linked with G0S2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G0S2-to-partner and partner-to-G0S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, G0S2 versus ITGAM in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G0S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→G0S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
