G0S2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, G0S2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,490 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G0S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMB3, TGM2, and SMIM10. Each is linked with G0S2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G0S2-to-partner and partner-to-G0S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, G0S2 versus LAMB3 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G0S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→G0S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
