FYN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FYN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,541 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FYN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASA3, TBC1D2B, and FYN_S21. Each is linked with FYN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FYN-to-partner and partner-to-FYN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FYN versus RASA3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FYN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FYN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
