FYN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FYN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,833 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FYN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R16B, CHST11, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with FYN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FYN-to-partner and partner-to-FYN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FYN versus PPP1R16B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FYN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FYN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
