FYN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FYN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,681 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FYN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFIP2, LINC02084, and CCL4. Each is linked with FYN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FYN-to-partner and partner-to-FYN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARFIP2 grouped by FYN-low versus FYN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FYN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FYN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
