FYN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FYN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,159 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FYN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to glycine, Negative regulation of hydrogen peroxide metabolic process, and Negative regulation of hydrogen peroxide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with FYN in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FYN-to-partner and partner-to-FYN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to glycine grouped by FYN-low versus FYN-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FYN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FYN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
