FUZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 891 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P9, RNY1P1, and RN7SL41P. Each is linked with FUZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUZ-to-partner and partner-to-FUZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P9 grouped by FUZ-low versus FUZ-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
