FUT8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,702 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUT8-AS1, EIF1AXP2, and RPL21P8. Each is linked with FUT8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT8-to-partner and partner-to-FUT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FUT8 versus FUT8-AS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
