FTMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,444 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A7, CDK8P1, and ATP5F1AP7. Each is linked with FTMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTMT-to-partner and partner-to-FTMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10A7 grouped by FTMT-low versus FTMT-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
