FTH1P27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTH1P27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,699 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTH1P27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA 3'-splice site recognition, Peptidyl-cysteine modification, and Peptidyl-arginine modification. Each is linked with FTH1P27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTH1P27-to-partner and partner-to-FTH1P27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA 3'-splice site recognition grouped by FTH1P27-low versus FTH1P27-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTH1P27→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTH1P27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
