FTH1P21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTH1P21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,918 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTH1P21-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTH1P2, FTH1P11, and FTH1P23. Each is linked with FTH1P21 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTH1P21-to-partner and partner-to-FTH1P21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FTH1P21 versus FTH1P2 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTH1P21→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTH1P21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
