FSTL5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSTL5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,539 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSTL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF2K, AAGAB, and PEX11G. Each is linked with FSTL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSTL5-to-partner and partner-to-FSTL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSTL5 versus EEF2K in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
