FSHB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSHB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 404 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF11L14, RPL5P19, and LINC00351. Each is linked with FSHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSHB-to-partner and partner-to-FSHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF11L14 grouped by FSHB-low versus FSHB-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
