FSHB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FSHB RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX4, ADCY8, and CACNA1D. Each is linked with FSHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSHB-to-partner and partner-to-FSHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOX4 grouped by FSHB-low versus FSHB-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
