Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRY-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,394 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRY-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FRY, FRY_S1940, and SRP68_S267. Each is linked with FRY-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRY-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FRY-AS1 results are reported.
