Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FRY-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FRY-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher FRY-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FRY-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and LGG show a favorable association.

PAAD, UVM, and LGG are the cancer types where FRY-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
