FRMPD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRMPD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 621 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1D2, CYP2C9, and ASB17. Each is linked with FRMPD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMPD3-to-partner and partner-to-FRMPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1D2 grouped by FRMPD3-low versus FRMPD3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
