FRG2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRG2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRG2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, STAT3_pY705, and XBP1. Each is linked with FRG2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRG2C-to-partner and partner-to-FRG2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by FRG2C-low versus FRG2C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRG2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRG2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
