Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FPGT-TNNI3K mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 319 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FPGT-TNNI3K-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-5, CYP4B1, and MS4A14. Each is linked with FPGT-TNNI3K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPGT-TNNI3K-to-partner and partner-to-FPGT-TNNI3K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-5 grouped by FPGT-TNNI3K-low versus FPGT-TNNI3K-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPGT-TNNI3K→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPGT-TNNI3K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
