The most reproducible FOXN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH2B3, PECR, and ZNF45. Each is linked with FOXN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXN1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXN1 results are reported.
