FOXL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4762, OR2J3, and STSP1. Each is linked with FOXL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXL1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4762 grouped by FOXL1-low versus FOXL1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
