FOXL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 230 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAO1, GFRAL, and LRRTM3. Each is linked with FOXL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXL1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAO1 grouped by FOXL1-low versus FOXL1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
