FOXD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC103, SMIM28, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with FOXD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXD1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC103 grouped by FOXD1-low versus FOXD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
