Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FOXD1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FOXD1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FOXD1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOXD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LIHC show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRP, and UVM are the cancer types where FOXD1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
