FOLR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOLR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,444 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOLR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLI1, MS4A4A, and MAN1C1. Each is linked with FOLR2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOLR2-to-partner and partner-to-FOLR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOLR2 versus FLI1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOLR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOLR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
