Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOLR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,073 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOLR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNMT, PALM3_S375, and FCSK. Each is linked with FOLR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOLR1-to-partner and partner-to-FOLR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOLR1 versus HNMT in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
