Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOLH1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,847 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOLH1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of LSU-rRNA, Maintenance of cell number, and Bone development. Each is linked with FOLH1B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOLH1B-to-partner and partner-to-FOLH1B results are reported.
