Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FOLH1B RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FOLH1B data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher FOLH1B RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOLH1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where FOLH1B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
