Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOLH1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,104 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOLH1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR8, MEFV, and LRRC31. Each is linked with FOLH1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOLH1B-to-partner and partner-to-FOLH1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOLH1B versus TLR8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOLH1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOLH1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
