FNDC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNDC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,605 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP43, EIF4A1P12, and SCP2D1. Each is linked with FNDC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC8-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP43 grouped by FNDC8-low versus FNDC8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNDC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNDC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
