Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNBP1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FNBP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, eIF4E, and MEK1. Each is linked with FNBP1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNBP1L-to-partner and partner-to-FNBP1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by FNBP1L-low versus FNBP1L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNBP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNBP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
