FN3K

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FN3K mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 489 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FN3K-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P29, PLCE1P1, and CDRT15P8. Each is linked with FN3K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FN3K-to-partner and partner-to-FN3K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P29 grouped by FN3K-low versus FN3K-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FN3K→partner) and Y-score (partner→FN3K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
