Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMR1-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,165 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FMR1-IT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Regulation of chromatin organization, and Regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening. Each is linked with FMR1-IT1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMR1-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-FMR1-IT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay grouped by FMR1-IT1-low versus FMR1-IT1-high in STAD.
