Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMO5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA1, GAGE12H, and CCR8. Each is linked with FMO5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO5-to-partner and partner-to-FMO5 results are reported.
