FMN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,189 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLPH, CATSPER1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with FMN1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMN1-to-partner and partner-to-FMN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FMN1 versus MLPH in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
