FMC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4710, SPANXC, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with FMC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMC1-to-partner and partner-to-FMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4710 grouped by FMC1-low versus FMC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
