FMC1-LUC7L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMC1-LUC7L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,950 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMC1-LUC7L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of telomere capping, Regulation of autophagosome assembly, and Telomere capping. Each is linked with FMC1-LUC7L2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMC1-LUC7L2-to-partner and partner-to-FMC1-LUC7L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of telomere capping grouped by FMC1-LUC7L2-low versus FMC1-LUC7L2-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMC1-LUC7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMC1-LUC7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
