Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMC1-LUC7L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FMC1-LUC7L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1C1, FCN2, and MMP26. Each is linked with FMC1-LUC7L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMC1-LUC7L2-to-partner and partner-to-FMC1-LUC7L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1C1 grouped by FMC1-LUC7L2-low versus FMC1-LUC7L2-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMC1-LUC7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMC1-LUC7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
