FLT3LG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLT3LG mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 870 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLT3LG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN5, SOBP, and C2orf42. Each is linked with FLT3LG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLT3LG-to-partner and partner-to-FLT3LG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCN5 grouped by FLT3LG-low versus FLT3LG-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLT3LG→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLT3LG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
