Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLNC-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,009 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLNC-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle G1/S phase transition, Negative regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway, and Response to ionizing radiation. Each is linked with FLNC-AS1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLNC-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FLNC-AS1 results are reported.
