Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FLNC-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FLNC-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FLNC-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FLNC-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LAML show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and KICH are the cancer types where FLNC-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
