FLNB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLNB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 990 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLNB-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN4, POLR1B, and IL27. Each is linked with FLNB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLNB-to-partner and partner-to-FLNB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGN4 grouped by FLNB-low versus FLNB-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLNB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLNB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
