Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548AW, MIR3646, and OR2AD1P. Each is linked with FLCN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLCN-to-partner and partner-to-FLCN results are reported.
