FKBP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,047 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHNO1, MLF2, and TMEM255B. Each is linked with FKBP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP4-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FKBP4 versus RHNO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
