FKBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP100, RNA5SP222, and RNU6-222P. Each is linked with FKBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP2-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP100 grouped by FKBP2-low versus FKBP2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
