FKBP1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,978 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, BCLAF1P2, and SENP3-EIF4A1. Each is linked with FKBP1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP1A-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by FKBP1A-low versus FKBP1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
